• Attach the Wyzeman to the pc using the usb cable (provided in box )
• Windows will pick up the Wyzeman as an external storage device.
• If the books you downloaded are free ebooks, simply go to My Documents and copy and paste the ebooks from the pc onto the Wyzeman (in the same way you would copy a music file or document).
• If the books you are copying over were bought from a website, they will be copy protected (known as Document Rights Management or DRM). To enable you to read these eBooks you will need to download and install the program provided by Adobe called Adobe Digital Editions. Please read below for more details.

Adobe Digital Editions can be downloaded straight from the Adobe website. Visit www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/?promoid=DTEIO
When you go to Adobe’s website, in the top right hand corner there is an icon that’s reads Sign In. Click on it to Sign In or to create a new account. When you click on Create New Account, you will have to fill in your details as asked. Please make sure that you remember your password that you selected.
After the account is created, you must then download and install Adobe Digital Editions on your pc.
The first time you download and install ADE you will be asked to authenticate your pc with your Adobe account.
Simply use the information that was used when the Adobe Account was created on their website.
The program will connect to the Internet to synchronize your pc with your Adobe account. This procedure is vital, so please make sure that the pc was authorized properly before trying to copy ebooks over to the Wyzeman. If it didn’t, you will not be able to read any DRM protected ebooks.

After the authentication, please make sure that you attached the Wyzeman to the pc. Adobe Digital Edition will pop up a message saying New Device Found and if you want to Authorize this Device. Click on  YES. This links up your Adobe Account to the software and your device.
After this procure is done correctly, you should be able to copy the ebooks that were bought onto the Wyzeman. The Wyzeman will appear on the mainscreen of the ADE software on the lft hand side at the bottom. The Right Side is to show your Ebooks that is currently located on the pc.

The Wyzeman Ebook Reader has been tested with the latest video conversions available on the market. Unfortunately those conversions are updated quite frequently so if by any chance the Wyzeman does not want to play back the video files you copied over, either try to convert the file to a supported file type or see the website for updates and news.

The Wyzman comes with an imbedded 4Gb NAND Flash Drive, but can be expanded by inserting a TF Card – up to 16GB card. TF Cards must be configured to use a FAT32 FileSystem. The Wyzeman does not support NTFS.

As with all other portable and mobile devices, you can modify the Brightness Settings and Device Standby Settings. The dimmer you set your device and the shorter the time for device standby, the longer the Wyzeman’s battery will last.
Another thing to remember is of course to charge the Wyzeman thoroughly the first time you receive it. Any Li-ION battery creates a memory log file that will tell the unit when the battery is supposed to be full and when it is empty. If that file does not correspond with the battery, a shortened battery life can be expected.

The Wyzeman has been manufactured to work with a wide range of Ebook files including EPUB, DRM protected Ebooks , TxT and PDF formats. You cannot view any ebooks bought from Amazon’s website on the Wyzeman due to the fact that Amazon has blocked other eReaders other than the Kindle from being able to read their books.
